Graduate Infrastructure Solutions Engineer (AI)

Location: Bristol, UK. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the programme without requiring visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Support infrastructure operations and investigate technical issues affecting engineering teams.
• Contribute to projects that improve infrastructure reliability, performance, and security.
• Work across servers, storage, networking, cloud platforms, automation, monitoring, and infrastructure as code.
• Rotate through Cloud and Application Security, Cybersecurity Operations, Networking, Data Centre Operations, and other Infrastructure Solutions teams.
• Use evidence, service impact, and practical trade-offs to guide infrastructure decisions and communicate technical approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Maths, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Linux or Windows server environments.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, routing, or firewalls.
• Introductory scripting experience with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Interest in infrastructure, cloud technologies, systems engineering, or platform operations, with motivation to learn through practical problem solving.
