Project Manager, Data Center Construction (Data Center)

Location: Nationwide, US; hybrid work combining remote work with onsite time at client locations and hirify.global offices or centers. Travel or relocation to project locations may be required.

What you will do

• Serve as a day-to-day contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders on data center construction projects.
• Build client relationships, facilitate project meetings, provide status updates, and coordinate communication across project teams.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, project costs, schedules, milestones, and change management activities.
• Identify project risks and support mitigation strategies with project leadership.
• Coordinate procurement, subcontractors, contract administration, internal teams, and trade partners.
• Participate in constructability reviews and value engineering to optimize project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of project management experience, preferably in data centers or critical environments.
• Experience managing full project lifecycle delivery.
• Experience working with complex MEP systems and critical infrastructure.

• Ability to travel or relocate to project locations.
• Strong problem-solving, verbal communication, and written communication skills for collaboration with team members and vendors.
• Ability to lead a diverse team, take initiative, manage multiple tasks in deadline-driven settings, and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of construction documents, schedules, workflows, and industry standards.
• Experience using or coordinating project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or other relevant software.
