Global Account Operations Manager (Gaming)

Location: San Mateo, California, United States; hybrid.

Base pay: $125,800–$188,600 USD per year; the role may also be eligible for a bonus package.

What you will do

• Lead strategic programs and projects for the Global Account Management team from scoping and planning through delivery, measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Redesign core programs and processes into simpler, scalable operating models that improve outcomes for the team and third-party partners.
• Own operating mechanisms including executive partner engagements, new title launch tracking, and adoption of hirify.global initiatives across third-party partners.
• Structure ambiguous problems, analyze data, and create data-backed recommendations, executive presentations, briefings, dashboards, and reporting standards.
• Support account planning, joint business reviews, forecasting, and annual planning cycles while managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and multiple workstreams.
• Work cross-functionally with finance, legal, and internal teams, and improve team tools and efficiency through practical uses of AI and automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy and operations, business operations, program management, or a related field.
• Ability to structure complex problems and turn them into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Exceptional executive communication skills, including written materials, presentation design, and storytelling.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using data, dashboards, and metrics to generate insights; advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience building or redesigning processes to make them simpler, more scalable, and measurably more effective.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a high degree of ownership.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior leaders and working with globally distributed teams.
• Solution-oriented builder mindset, intellectual curiosity, and eagerness to take on stretch challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Nice to have

• Experience at a management consulting firm or in a strategy, business operations, or program role at a leading technology or platform company.
• Experience working in or supporting partner-facing, account management, or commercial organizations.
• Interest in gaming, media, or entertainment.
