What you will do

• Support cross-functional programs that deliver outcomes for users, studio partners, and the business.
• Design and launch beta tests, validate results, and scale successful initiatives across the company.
• Translate business goals into actionable frameworks and roadmaps.
• Align data science, sales, marketing, product, revenue operations, and business leadership around strategy and outcomes.
• Manage timelines, resources, trade-offs, working groups, decisions, and blockers across multiple initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in management consulting, private equity, venture capital, or operations/strategic planning at a technology company.
• Ability to connect high-level strategy to measurable business impact and translate strategic decisions into practical business outcomes.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to distill complex ideas for diverse audiences.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis and test design.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Deep understanding of B2B and/or B2C business models.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, including examples of using them to accelerate analysis or automate work.

Nice to have

• Experience with a rapidly scaling business.
• Familiarity with SQL, Looker, or Tableau.
• eCommerce experience.
