Salesforce Administrator

Location: Remote within the continental United States; all work must be performed in the United States. Must support US Eastern time zone working hours. U.S. citizenship, authorization to work in the United States, and four years of prior residence in the US are required. Foreign locations and personal VPN connections are not permitted.

Salary: $81,499–$138,549 annually.

What you will do

• Configure, maintain, enhance, test, deploy, and provide production support for Salesforce applications throughout the application lifecycle.
• Manage users, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, security settings, data quality, imports, exports, deduplication, validation, and reconciliation.
• Translate business requirements into Salesforce configurations using Flow, validation rules, approval processes, custom objects, and custom fields.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, list views, documentation, configuration records, standard operating procedures, and knowledge articles.
• Troubleshoot application issues, investigate recurring support requests, monitor performance, and implement approved fixes, enhancements, and automation opportunities.
• Support regression testing, user acceptance testing, release planning, deployments, post-release validation, GitHub-based release processes, CI/CD activities, Agile ceremonies, and collaboration with architects, developers, analysts, stakeholders, and end users.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Must have lived in the US for the past 4 years, reside in and be authorized to work in the United States, and perform all work within the United States.
• Ability to obtain a Federal Public Trust clearance.
• At least 3 years of experience administering and supporting Salesforce.com applications, including user management, security configuration, declarative automation, data management, and application troubleshooting.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Salesforce Administrator certification; Advanced Administrator certification is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, Service Cloud, Einstein Analytics/CRM Analytics, Agentforce, Salesforce Flow, validation rules, approval processes, custom objects, fields, reports, and dashboards.
• Experience with Salesforce data management tools, imports, exports, data validation, and data quality maintenance.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment and environment management tools, including GitHub, Jenkins, and VS Code, and familiarity with CI/CD processes.
• Experience supporting Salesforce applications in a federal government environment or on an operations and maintenance team.
• Experience with robotic process automation tools such as UiPath.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical teams, business stakeholders, and end users.
