Salesforce Platform Developer

Location: 100% remote within the Continental United States.

Salary: $100K–$150K annually.

What you will do

• Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch, queueable, and scheduled jobs using bulkification and governor-limit best practices.
• Build performant Lightning Web Components and implement Salesforce automation with Flow and declarative-first patterns.
• Design integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and Salesforce Connect.
• Implement data models, sharing models, profiles, permission sets, validation rules, and row-level security.
• Develop Apex unit tests, CI/CD pipelines, source-driven workflows, code reviews, and technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize large-data-volume scenarios, modernize legacy implementations, support releases, and collaborate with admins, architects, and product owners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce platform limits.
• Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components and modern JavaScript.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Flow and declarative automation.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model and sharing.
• Experience with Salesforce DX and modern source-driven development.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification and strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
• Experience with Industry Clouds, including Financial Services, Health, or Manufacturing.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft or other middleware platforms.
• Exposure to Einstein AI or Agentforce development.
• Experience with Experience Cloud development.
