Senior Revenue Systems Administrator (Salesforce CPQ)

Location: Remote - USA. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Salary: $138,000–$189,000 USD base salary annually, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the administration, architecture, and continuous enhancement of Salesforce CPQ and translate complex commercial models into scalable system solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain custom JavaScript in the CPQ Quote Calculator Plugin for advanced pricing algorithms, bundle configurations, and conditional calculations.
• Architect and optimize Price Rules, Product Rules, search filters, Salesforce Flows, and process automations for performance and data accuracy.
• Use Claude Cowork on Google Antigravity to accelerate scripting, prototype logic, refactor configurations, and triage system issues.
• Partner with Go-to-Market, Finance, and Product stakeholders on Quote-to-Cash improvements, production blockers, and technical guidance for junior administrators.
• Lead sandbox lifecycle management, deployment strategies, and version control using enterprise Gearset Pipelines.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including 5+ years deeply focused on enterprise-scale Salesforce CPQ or Agentforce Revenue Management in a high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology environment.
• Direct experience writing, testing, and debugging custom JavaScript in the Salesforce CPQ Quote Calculator Plugin to implement advanced pricing algorithms beyond declarative limits.
• Expert mastery of Price/Product Rules, Bundles, Summary Variables, Custom Actions, and Advanced Approvals.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Flow architecture, design patterns, platform limits, and scalable enterprise practices.
• Strong knowledge of Quote-to-Cash lifecycles, contract amendments, renewals, co-terming, multi-currency quoting, and downstream billing and revenue-recognition touchpoints.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating generative AI coding and reasoning tools into configuration, script generation, and testing workflows.
• Exceptional diagnostic ability to resolve calculation bottlenecks, execution-loop issues, and data anomalies across declarative rules and custom scripts.
• Experience driving technical initiatives autonomously in an Agile/Scrum environment using Jira or similar tools for technical debt, sprint deliverables, and release cadences.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical constraints, trade-offs, and design patterns to non-technical business leaders.
