What you will do

• Independently manage project drafting across projects of all scales.
• Develop 3-D Revit models and construction documents from schematic design through construction administration.
• Coordinate designs daily with architects, engineers, and designers from other disciplines.
• Research applicable code requirements and contribute creative, practical design solutions.
• Prepare design presentations for clients and support the Architectural Manager and experienced architects.
• Provide drafting direction, mentor architectural designers, and help maintain high-quality designs while meeting project budgets and schedules.

Requirements

• Associate degree or better in Architectural Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other visualization tools.
• Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across disciplines.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, learn quickly, adapt to changes, and meet schedules in difficult circumstances.
