Design Architect (Architecture)

What you will do

• Develop conceptual drawings and hand sketches to communicate design ideas independently and with the Design and Development department.
• Translate concepts into detailed architectural drawings for production and execution.
• Revise and refine drawings based on ownership and project leadership feedback.
• Collaborate with the in-house fabrication shop on custom lighting, railings, gates, fixtures, and furniture.
• Review construction documents for accuracy, quality, and alignment with design standards and project goals.
• Ensure designs reflect hirify.global' brand identity and create meaningful customer experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
• Minimum of 2 years of design experience in an architectural firm.
• Strong ability to sketch and hand-draw concepts quickly and effectively.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with peers, leadership, and external partners.
• Ability to balance creative vision with practical execution, maintain attention to detail, and evaluate and produce functional, inspiring architectural drawings.
• Ability to check documents for accuracy and consistency with project goals.
• Willingness to work extended hours when project deadlines require.
