Design Technician II (CAD/BIM)

What you will do

• Develop accurate 2D and 3D CAD/BIM models and drawings, including layouts, plans, sections, elevations, and detailed views.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain construction documents, project files, digital models, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and implement drawing changes.
• Integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical models into cohesive multidisciplinary project models.
• Conduct quality-control reviews, enforce CAD/BIM standards, and revise deliverables as needed.
• Troubleshoot software and modeling issues and provide technical support to junior designers.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or certification in CAD, BIM, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in CAD/BIM design, preferably in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Experience with Civil 3D.
• Experience in land development.

Nice to have

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience with multidisciplinary coordination.
