Senior Specialist, Central Contract Services (Pharmaceutical)

Location: Hybrid, North Wales, Pennsylvania, United States; US residents only. Travel requirements: 10%. No relocation.

Salary: $117,000–$184,200 per year, plus annual bonus and long-term incentive if applicable.

What you will do

• Lead customer contract activities covering eligibility, membership, chargebacks, data validation, investigations, problem resolution, audits, compliance, and SOX controls.
• Adjudicate claims according to contract terms and conditions and collaborate with Accounts Receivable to resolve deductions under Distribution Services Agreements.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including business teams, order management, field support, wholesalers, distributors, and GPOs, on contracts, programs, product launches, and collaborative initiatives.
• Manage inquiries and issue resolution related to managed care contracts, pricing, eligibility, and chargebacks.
• Identify process improvements, develop SOPs and Working Instructions, and support adherence to operational standards.
• Manage ad hoc strategic projects and maintain proficiency in ModelN, company accounts, and other relevant systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, ability to work under strict deadlines, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, project management, problem-solving, communication, adaptability, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to implement new ideas, improve processes, and think outside the box.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of account management, contract management, customer insights, CRM, data analysis, financial acumen, market access strategies, market management, product knowledge, sales target achievement, tender management, and virology.

Nice to have

• At least 3 years of business experience in managed care contracting or the pharmaceutical industry.
