Senior Program Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery for existing product releases and new product offerings.
• Define program roadmaps, milestones, timelines, and success metrics aligned with organizational goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across product management, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success.
• Identify dependencies, synergies, risks, and issues across the product portfolio; develop contingency plans and adapt strategies.
• Provide transparent progress, risk, milestone, and decision-making updates to stakeholders and executives.
• Apply program management best practices, drive operational excellence, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of program management experience, including at least 3 years managing cross-functional initiatives in a software or technology-focused organization.
• Strong ability to manage complexity and ambiguity, with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proven expertise in building and managing program roadmaps and timelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive alignment across teams.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and modern product development practices.
• Technical literacy across AI/GenAI systems, data, and platform architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency with program management tools such as JIRA and Confluence, and productivity tools such as Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• Experience with web applications, Go, Ruby, JavaScript, React, microservice architectures, AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
