Senior Technical Program Manager (API Security)

What you will do

• Oversee the full software development lifecycle for the API Security product portfolio.
• Manage complex technical projects through detailed prioritization, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Drive sprint planning and execution with Engineering, Research, and Product teams.
• Coordinate communication across Sales, Sales Engineering, Services, and Support.
• Identify and resolve project conflicts and roadblocks to ensure milestone delivery.
• Develop and optimize delivery processes and track core performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience managing technical software projects within Agile or Scrum frameworks.
• Proven experience optimizing product and engineering delivery processes within B2B technology organizations.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and generative AI tools such as Claude and Gemini.
• Analytical skills, big-picture thinking, a strong sense of urgency, and a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts clearly to diverse, non-technical audiences.
