Material Planning Analyst

What you will do

• Plan and schedule raw materials for production and monitor supplier delivery performance against the materials schedule.
• Create work orders, review messages, expedite production priorities, and follow regular schedules.
• Coordinate the internal processing and movement of materials from stores to the production line to meet manufacturing schedule requirements.
• Organize and track shipments from the supply base to support on-time delivery at the plant.
• Maintain optimum finished-product inventory levels to meet the required client service level.
• Comply with Sarbox controls and escalate non-conformities.

Requirements

• University degree, such as a bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple competing tasks and demands.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong organization, planning, and time-management skills.
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity, with accountability for achieving goals and standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for working effectively with all organizational levels, suppliers, and external customers.
