Production Planning Analyst (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Plan production for manufacturing lines, maintain manufacturing routings, and generate production plans and shop orders.
• Analyze forecast requirements, capacity, and what-if scenarios to support customer service levels and targeted lead times.
• Investigate production problems, implement solutions, and develop recovery plans.
• Coordinate with production supervisors, purchasing, customer service, suppliers, and external customers to maintain material and document flow.
• Use the ERP system to track production metrics, report KPIs to site management, and monitor performance.
• Set finished-goods inventory goals and develop manufacturing models and inventory strategies that balance inventory, operating costs, lead times, and delivery targets.

Requirements

• University degree, such as a bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing tasks and demands.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong organization, planning, and time-management skills.
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity, with accountability for goals and standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for working with all organizational levels, suppliers, and external customers.
