AI Transformation Specialist

What you will do

• Draft and coordinate tailored client-facing responses to AI-related inquiries, meetings, RFPs, and due diligence questionnaires.
• Develop and maintain approved AI messaging, capabilities descriptions, presentations, and responses to recurring client questions.
• Own the AI Transformation team's response process and identify recurring themes, content gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate the firm's evolving AI strategy into credible, audience-appropriate external messaging.
• Partner with Marketing & Business Development on pitches, client presentations, thought leadership, and events.
• Work with AI Applications and AI Data Engineering teams to track custom-built client AI projects and communicate progress and learnings.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in client communications, client engagement, information coordination, or related operational support, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Exceptional writing and editorial skills, including the ability to explain complex capabilities clearly without overstating them.
• Experience using analytics and feedback to improve digital content or services.
• Ability to lead projects independently, set priorities, and build productive relationships across functions.
• Interest in AI, legal technology, and organizational change, with the ability to learn new concepts quickly.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 pounds.
