Quarterly Planning and Operations Analyst (AI/ML)

Location: Remote USA; North American-based candidates must be available to work across a distributed global team.

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 USD per year or $75,000–$123,000 CAD per year.

What you will do

• Facilitate quarterly program increment planning, align teams on objectives and delivery commitments, and lead inspect-and-adapt workshops.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery across analytics, product, technology, and engineering teams using Agile, Waterfall, hybrid, and data-platform workflows.
• Own project plans, schedules, milestones, RAID tracking, budget oversight, and delivery transparency.
• Track and report completion rates, predictability, product quality, throughput, model accuracy, and other operational KPIs.
• Partner with Analytics leaders and technical teams to identify root causes, manage risks, and implement improvement actions.
• Drive adoption of product planning practices and apply AI tools to improve project management, productivity, and decision-making.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of project management experience in technology-centric environments such as software development, IT, or data.
• Experience bridging business objectives and technical execution across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies; SAFe experience is advantageous.
• Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar SDLC and project management tools.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in program or project management and interest in adopting emerging AI capabilities.
• Must be based in North America and legally authorized to work in the country where employment is offered; employment sponsorship is not provided.
