Quarterly Planning and Operations Analyst (AI/ML)

Location: Remote USA; candidates must be North American based and available to work across a distributed global team.

Starting salary: $75,000–$90,000 USD or 75,000–123,000 CAD per year.

What you will do

• Facilitate quarterly program increment planning, aligning analytics teams on shared missions, objectives, and delivery commitments.
• Lead inspect-and-adapt workshops, quantitative and qualitative retrospectives, and improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery across multiple teams and functions using Agile, hybrid, and data-platform workflows.
• Own project plans, schedules, milestones, RAID tracking, budget oversight, and delivery transparency.
• Track and report completion rates, predictability, product quality, throughput, model accuracy, and other operational KPIs.
• Partner with Analytics leaders and technical teams to identify root causes, manage risks, improve performance, and evaluate the impact of AI on development productivity and decision-making.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of project management experience.
• Experience in technology-centric environments such as software development, IT, or data, bridging business objectives and technical execution.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies; experience with Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar SDLC and project-management tools.
• Experience applying AI tools to program and project-management workflows and proactively adopting emerging AI capabilities.
• Strong RAID discipline, schedule management, budget oversight, and attention to detail while maintaining a broader perspective.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including distilling complex program status into concise leadership updates.
• High accountability, independence, self-starting behavior, and ability to operate with limited direction.
• Must be North American based and legally authorized to work in the country where employment is offered.
