Finance Transformation Manager (NetSuite)

Location: Philadelphia; candidates may be based out of any hirify.global office, with preference for Philadelphia, New York City, or Boston. Most roles follow a hybrid workstyle aligned to an hirify.global office.

Salary: $95,400–$192,000 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end finance transformation engagements, including NetSuite implementations and deployment of the FaaS technology stack: NetSuite, BILL, Ramp, and BlackLine.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams, including scope, timelines, budgets, risks, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Facilitate client design sessions and redesign finance processes such as chart of accounts, procure to pay, order to cash, and record to report.
• Own solution design and delivery of functional specifications, configurations, integrations, data migration, testing, go-live, and transition to the ongoing FaaS accounting team.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop consultants, including assigning work, reviewing deliverables, recruiting, onboarding, and performance management.
• Support business development, practice methodology improvement, quality control, thought leadership, and the use of AI and automation to improve onboarding and delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, MIS, or Information Systems.
• 5–7+ years of experience with Oracle NetSuite, including leading multiple end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects.
• 3+ years of experience managing and developing teams of consultants or project staff.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects, workstreams, and priorities while meeting timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Expertise in finance process analysis and redesign.
• Experience working in an agile, fast-paced environment and adapting quickly to changing priorities and competing demands.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills, including the ability to engage stakeholders up to the CFO level.
• Strong technology skills, including expertise using AI, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to quickly learn new software applications.

Nice to have

• CPA and/or NetSuite certification(s).
• Experience with BILL, Ramp, and/or BlackLine.
• Experience supporting business development, including proposals, scoping, and client pursuits.
• Experience in a public accounting firm, consulting firm, or other professional services environment.
• Prior accounting experience and knowledge of GAAP.
