Salary: $170,000–$200,000 per year

hirify.global LLP is a law firm developing internal AI and knowledge-management resources for its organization.

What you will do

• Own the intranet content roadmap and prioritize improvements based on user needs, firm initiatives, and engagement data.
• Establish content governance, page ownership, publishing standards, and review cycles across the intranet.
• Organize and present AI guidance, training resources, tool information, and related content.
• Manage daily intranet publishing and coordinate contributions from content owners across the firm.
• Partner with Information Technology on functionality, search, accessibility, and user experience improvements.
• Manage intranet projects from requirements through launch, including stakeholder coordination, deadlines, testing, and follow-up.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in intranet management, digital communications, knowledge management, or a related field, preferably in a law firm or professional services setting.
• Experience owning a digital content program, including content governance, user experience, and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong writing and editorial skills, with the ability to make complex information clear and easy to use.
• Experience using analytics and feedback to improve digital content or services.
• Ability to lead projects independently, set priorities, and build productive cross-functional relationships.
• Interest in AI, legal technology, and organizational change, with the ability to learn new concepts quickly.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 pounds.
