What you will do

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with business leaders and balance employee needs with business priorities.
• Lead small HR projects and initiatives.
• Build autonomy, personal initiative, capabilities, and organizational culture.
• Identify business-building opportunities within the HR scope and consider project and process implications.
• Use HR systems and operational excellence to deliver high-quality results against goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across levels, geographies, and cultures.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and efficiently without compromising quality.
• Strong understanding of HR systems and processes, or familiarity with core HR fundamentals and the learning agility to build that foundation quickly.
• Learning agility and resilience when working in unfamiliar or changing situations.
• Curiosity about people, with the ability to build trust, listen effectively, and turn feedback into useful insights.
