Senior People Business Partner

Location: USA - Remote; candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. Up to 25% travel for internal meetings and business reviews.

Salary: $106,000.00–$185,000.00 per year, plus a discretionary annual bonus and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Partner with organizational leadership to assess organizational needs, talent landscapes, leadership development priorities, engagement, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with the Global GTM People Business Partner team and People and Culture centers of excellence on global talent programs and regional execution.
• Support organizational design decisions, change management, communication plans, and strategic talent solutions.
• Analyze workforce data, metrics, and trends; implement employee engagement activities for GTM functions.
• Coach managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, management principles, and performance matters.
• Conduct investigations, resolve employee issues, mitigate risk, promote inclusive practices, and reinforce hirify.global’s values.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive responsibility in human resources disciplines, including organizational design, change management, employee relations, compensation, and talent management.
• Permanent authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Reliable internet access when working remotely outside a hirify.global office.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting GTM and Sales organizations in a People Business Partner or closely related role.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
• Experience working effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in a global, high-growth technology or software company.
• Knowledge of HR practices, laws, and regulations.
• Ability to build trust and credibility with business partners and employees at all levels.
• Ability to coach, provide guidance, influence, execute strategic initiatives and operational plans, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
