Senior Technical Writer (AI)

Location: Remote from Poland; candidates must be current residents of Poland and authorized to work in Poland for any employer.

Salary: PLN 14,500–16,666 per month or PLN 200,000 annually; may include an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain online help and release notes for hirify.global Legal Solutions software products, including AI-enabled products and features.
• Build product knowledge and translate complex information into clear, engaging content for client audiences.
• Write concept, task, and reference topics in line with established style guidelines and review processes within an Agile development lifecycle.
• Improve the clarity, usability, effectiveness, voice, and consistency of documentation.
• Collaborate with product owners, product managers, developers, and engineering partners throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Create video content for feature tours.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience as a technical writer or in a similar role, creating and maintaining high-quality online help for target audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications, English, or a related field.
• Proficiency with MadCap Flare, XML, and CSS.
• Experience documenting complex, client-facing B2B software, preferably enterprise applications or legal technology.
• Experience collaborating with product owners, product managers, and developers as part of an Agile team.
• Familiarity with tracking user stories and defects in Microsoft Azure DevOps, Jira, or a similar tool.
• Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Authorization to work in Poland for any employer and current residence in Poland.
• Examples of previous work must be provided.

Nice to have

• Experience with products or features that use AI.
• Video production experience.
