Technical Writer (SaaS)

What you will do

• Own product vision, strategy, and execution for internal and external tools within the SaaS platform.
• Lead complex product initiatives from discovery and strategy through delivery, launch, and post-release optimization.
• Translate business strategy, market insights, and customer needs into scalable product roadmaps and clear product definition artifacts, including PRDs, system flows, use cases, business requirements, and product policies.
• Prioritize work based on business impact, customer value, technical feasibility, and strategic fit while managing risks, dependencies, budgets, timelines, and quality.
• Partner with R&D, Delivery, BI, Marketing, Operations, and Executive collaborators to coordinate backlog management, release planning, and Agile/SCRUM delivery.
• Use analytics and market intelligence to evaluate performance, improve outcomes, contribute to product standards, and mentor Product Managers without direct people management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, including ownership of complex, customer-facing SaaS products.
• Strong experience in games, gambling, or highly regulated or flow-intensive platforms, with a deep understanding of industry dynamics and key players.
• Ability to independently lead complex initiatives, align collaborators, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Strategic problem-solving and strong execution skills, with the ability to move between product vision and detailed product decisions.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize BI, customer data, market research, and business insights into product direction.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills across PRDs, presentations, diagrams, wireframes, and executive reviews.
• Strong influencing skills and confidence engaging with senior leadership and cross-functional decision-makers.
• Experience managing multiple products or domains simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• High proficiency with Atlassian products, including advanced or admin-level usage of Jira and Confluence.
• Dedicated, accountable, determined, and ownership-oriented, with a bias toward action.
