Technical Content Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Build the technical content function from the ground up as the first hire in this function.
• Transform product roadmaps and release notes into client-facing and internal documentation.
• Create feature-release newsletters and manage client- and platform-related communications, including partner newsletters with Customer Success.
• Manage the client-facing knowledge base and translate client and internal stakeholder feedback into clear notes for the product team.
• Build automation and AI workflows that convert product release notes into client-facing and internal deliverables.
• Develop internal AI tools to identify growth priorities across customer enablement, Customer Success, sales, marketing, and intake conversion-rate optimization programs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical writing or similar business-to-business writing experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Strong command of AI, including the ability to build multi-step workflows spanning multiple teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple teams.
• Strong command of technology and the ability to make complex product and technical concepts easy to understand.
