Senior Product Manager (Healthcare Interoperability)

Location: Remote within the United States; ability to work ET or CT hours required. Periodic travel to Chamber offices, partner sites, or team offsites may be required. Legal authorization to work in the US is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

hirify.global is rebuilding the cardiology system by combining clinical expertise, technology, data, and operational tools to help independent cardiologists improve population health and patient outcomes.

What you will do

• Own and evolve the roadmap for interoperability, external integrations, APIs, and shared platform capabilities.
• Lead discovery, technical scoping, and delivery of integrations across EHRs, health information exchanges, payer systems, clinical data networks, communications platforms, workflow tools, and operational infrastructure.
• Translate clinical, operational, and business needs into product requirements, prioritized roadmaps, technical specifications, acceptance criteria, and implementation priorities.
• Define data mappings, synchronization requirements, API contracts, integration workflows, and approaches to ingestion, normalization, identity resolution, reconciliation, and bidirectional synchronization.
• Partner with Engineering, Data, Clinical, Operations, Security, vendors, and external technology partners on architectural tradeoffs, vendor evaluation, build-versus-buy decisions, and joint delivery plans.
• Establish standards for reliability, observability, error handling, data reconciliation, recovery, integration health, and scalable reusable platform services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of technical platforms, APIs, or complex third-party integrations.
• At least 2 years of experience delivering healthcare technology integrations, including EHRs, payer systems, clinical data exchange, or health information networks.
• Strong technical fluency in REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, authentication, data models, and asynchronous integration patterns.
• Working knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
• Track record of working with engineers and architects to turn ambiguous, multi-system problems into clear requirements and executable roadmaps.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States and availability to work ET or CT hours.

Nice to have

• Prior experience as a software engineer, solutions architect, technical implementation lead, or integration engineer.
