Senior Business Intelligence Engineer (Aerospace)

Location: WA - Landmark (Ride East), United States of America; Huntsville, AL or Space Coast, FL preferred. Relocation provided. U.S. citizenship, nationality, permanent residency, refugee status, or asylum status required.

What you will do

• Own data analytics for the Manufacturing Execution System and Quality Management System suite.
• Partner with engineering teams to deploy data that addresses business and product problems.
• Use data findings to drive product decisions, process adoption, and assessment of new products.
• Communicate insights through narrative storytelling, data visualizations, and dashboards for individual contributors and executives.
• Implement robust QA and testing pipelines to ensure accurate findings and fresh data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related role, including 3+ years in manufacturing, operations, and/or supply chain analytics.
• Expertise in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, plus proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as Python and SQL.
• Familiarity with big data platforms and cloud technologies.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, ownership, curiosity, and the ability to build positive professional relationships.
• Experience driving executive-level decisions and setting business or product strategy through data.
• Ability to use AI harnesses to augment output while remaining accountable for the quality and accuracy of AI findings.
• Must meet U.S. export-control eligibility requirements: U.S. citizen or national, current Green Card holder, or lawfully admitted refugee or person granted asylum.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace manufacturing.
• Experience with simulations, scenario modeling, and forecasting.
