Staff Investor Relations (Software)

Location: Remote, Canada or Remote, United States

Base salary: $139,200–$235,200 USD annually for United States residents; excludes bonuses, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead quarterly earnings workstreams, including messaging, scripts, Q&A, data collection, synthesis, and conference call preparation.
• Gather insights from R&D, Product, Sales, Finance, Legal, and executive leadership to explain hirify.global’s strategy, technical products, business model transitions, and performance.
• Manage relationships with sell-side analysts and the investment community; monitor analyst models, consensus estimates, forecasts, risks, and shareholder ownership.
• Prepare the CEO, CFO, and other executives for investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows, and independently lead investor calls when needed.
• Analyze peer and competitor earnings, SEC filings, and investor days; maintain benchmarking analyses for executive and board discussions.
• Draft and review earnings decks, shareholder letters, fact sheets, IR website content, and Investor Day materials while supporting investor outreach, non-deal roadshows, and corporate access events.

Requirements

• Experience evaluating software businesses from a buy-side or sell-side investment perspective through investing, equity research, investor relations, or a related field.
• Financial modeling, valuation, and quantitative analysis skills, including the ability to identify business drivers shaping investor expectations.
• Experience producing or analyzing earnings materials and investor presentations and explaining technical software products, evolving business models, and financial performance clearly in writing and conversation.
• Ability to work directly with senior executives and provide an informed point of view.
• Working knowledge of SEC reporting, Regulation FD, and public-company disclosure practices.
• Proficiency with presentation and spreadsheet tools, plus experience using IR and market-data platforms.
• Experience using AI to improve workflows or willingness to develop that capability.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in an all-remote, asynchronous-first environment aligned with hirify.global’s values, especially transparency and efficiency.
