Finance Systems Manager (NetSuite)

Location: United States (Remote), with EST working hours.

Base compensation in the United States: $144,000–$173,000 per year, plus RSUs.

What you will do

• Own day-to-day administration, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades, and end-user support for NetSuite and related finance business systems.
• Support NetSuite Financials, Advanced Revenue Management, Zone billing, workflows, custom fields, scripts, integrations, general ledger structures, cost centers, products, and reporting configuration.
• Manage access controls, segregation-of-duties reviews, change management, ITGC, SDLC, SOX compliance, data integrity, ticket resolution, and production governance.
• Lead and configure finance transformation projects across the order-to-cash cycle, including quoting and CPQ, contract and order management, revenue recognition, billing, credit, collections, disputes, and cash application.
• Gather requirements and deliver system enhancements with Sales, Legal, Engineering, Finance, IT, Sales Operations, and Business Applications teams; define plans, milestones, resources, and success frameworks.
• Create NetSuite and Grafana dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable finance insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, information technology, accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience as a Finance Systems Administrator with NetSuite and financial systems tools such as Zip, Avalara, and Expensify.
• Hands-on IT support experience troubleshooting and resolving functional and technical issues.
• Experience with NetSuite data migration, data mapping, and data integration, including Advanced Revenue Management, Zone and Company billing modules, and Salesforce integration.
• Administrator-level knowledge of privileged access, content groups, multiple charts of accounts, dynamic approval chains, custom objects, tax codes, tolerances, custom workflows, supplier configuration, and report building.
• Knowledge of ITGCs and experience in SOC-, ISO-, and SOX-compliant environments.
• Experience integrating accounting systems with Salesforce/SFDC, ideally including CPQ, and advanced experience with NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management.
• Experience with project management concepts and tools such as GitHub, Monday.com, and Miro.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and independent-working skills, with knowledge of order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report processes.
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing global and remote environment.
