Senior Investor Relations Lead (Software)

What you will do

• Own and develop the investor relations program, including investor targeting, engagement strategy, and the market communication calendar.
• Shape hirify.global’s equity story by connecting business strategy, financial performance, and valuation drivers.
• Lead roadshows, conferences, and one-on-one meetings with institutional investors and analysts.
• Advise the CFO and leadership team on investor sentiment, consensus expectations, and market positioning.
• Drive preparation of quarterly reporting, the Annual Report, capital markets events, and key disclosures.
• Translate investor and analyst feedback into actionable insights for management and the Board.

Requirements

• Proven experience in investor relations, equity research, or capital markets, ideally in a listed-company environment.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, valuation drivers, and equity-story development.
• Ability to operate at senior level, influence the CFO, and engage credibly with institutional investors and analysts.
• Knowledge of listed-company disclosure requirements, including Nasdaq Helsinki and EU MAR, and financial reporting principles.
• Excellent Finnish and English communication skills required.
• Structured and independent working style with the ability to manage high-pressure reporting cycles.
