Director, Corporate Development & M&A Integration

Location: Remote - Pennsylvania, United States

US base salary: $189,600–$246,400 per year. The role may also be eligible for a bonus plan, sales commission or bonus, and/or equity grants.

What you will do

• Lead strategic assessment of markets, technologies, acquisition opportunities, M&A pipeline development, target prioritization, and investment theses.
• Partner with executive leadership on inorganic growth strategy, capital deployment, acquisition sourcing, financial modeling, valuation, business cases, and investment recommendations.
• Lead transaction structuring, negotiations, due diligence strategy, governance, and functional workstreams through deal execution.
• Establish integration strategy, governance, IMO processes, playbooks, templates, and Day 1, Day 100, and long-term integration plans.
• Drive synergy realization, cost savings, revenue enhancement, change management, issue resolution, and value creation across acquired and existing organizations.
• Lead executive steering committees and governance reviews; prepare Board, executive leadership, and investor-facing materials and report on pipeline, transaction progress, integration status, risks, milestones, and realized value.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Strategy, or a related discipline.
• 10–15+ years of progressive experience in corporate development, management consulting, investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting, corporate strategy, and/or M&A integration leadership.
• Demonstrated leadership of multiple acquisitions and integration programs.
• Experience presenting recommendations and business cases to executive leadership.
• Proven track record delivering synergy achievement and measurable value creation.
• Corporate finance and valuation expertise, with advanced financial modeling and strategic analysis capabilities.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience influencing C-suite and senior leaders.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives, build relationships across all organizational levels, and balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
• Demonstrated change management leadership and ability to drive results in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• MBA strongly preferred.
• Experience leveraging AI, analytics, and automation to improve corporate development and integration outcomes.
