Senior Director, Corporate Development

Location: Hybrid in Santa Clara, California, United States; employees split their time between the assigned hirify.global site and off-site work.

Annual salary: $221,810–$370,790 USD.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end large-scale transactions, including acquisitions, joint ventures, business development deals, and divestitures.
• Identify and evaluate strategic growth opportunities, including potential acquisitions and investments.
• Develop Corporate Development proposals and align senior executives and cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives.
• Commission and oversee transaction and partnership due diligence, ensuring process integrity and accuracy.
• Manage integration workstreams across business units to maximize value and profitability.
• Build stakeholder, industry partner, and client relationships while fostering an inclusive, high-performing team environment and driving accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field plus 12+ years of experience; or a master's degree plus 8+ years; or a PhD plus 6+ years.
• Experience in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, or related areas.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, valuation methodology, and transaction analysis.
• Demonstrated expertise executing large-scale transactions, including leading negotiations and managing integration processes.
• Strong project management abilities and a track record of delivering results on complex, multi-faceted initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
