Senior Technology Operations (Security)

Location: ISD Office - DGTC AR Bentonville Home Office, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Salary: $80,000–$155,000 annual salary, plus performance-based bonuses; certain positions may also include stock.

What you will do

• Lead estimation, risk assessment, mitigation, and resource planning for small- to medium-complexity technology programs.
• Monitor program progress against milestones, proactively manage risks and dependencies, and maintain program health.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination meetings and align engineering, platform, business, and technology stakeholders.
• Define program goals, deliverables, and schedules aligned with strategic objectives.
• Manage budgets and costs across multiple projects and present data-driven insights to influence decisions.
• Translate business needs into actionable technology solutions and drive process improvement and organizational change initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in program estimation, risk assessment, and mitigation for projects of small to medium complexity.
• Strong knowledge of program monitoring, control tools, and reporting processes for milestone adherence.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional coordination and manage stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and cost monitoring across multiple projects.
• Understanding of program management techniques, benefits analysis, and accountability frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence teams and build consensus.
• Experience with organizational change management and process improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and project planning.
• Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or a related area, plus 3 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area.
• Option 2: 5 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or a related area, plus 2 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area.
• Knowledge of creating inclusive digital experiences and implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards.
• Knowledge of assistive technologies, digital accessibility best practices, and integrating accessibility into products and services.
