Senior Associate, Global Service Provider Expansion (E-commerce)

Location: Onsite in Boston, Massachusetts, Monday-Friday. hirify.global's general Boston office policy states that corporate employees work in the office Monday-Thursday and remotely Friday.

Annual base salary: USD 83,500–92,250.

What you will do

• Partner with Analytics, Tech, Operations, and Commercial teams to expand the global ecosystem of service providers supporting ERP integrations, catalog, and payment services for suppliers.
• Define business requirements for analytical dashboards focused on business, supplier, and customer experience KPIs.
• Present service provider expansion insights and recommendations to senior managers and other senior stakeholders using quantitative and qualitative analysis, impact sizing, cost-benefit analysis, and risk assessment.
• Independently lead high-impact projects and communicate performance trends, risks, and opportunities to leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Use analyses to answer ambiguous questions and guide business decisions.
• Identify initiative requirements, secure leadership buy-in, and build 3–6 month roadmaps with clear goals and milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain/Operations, or an Engineering discipline.
• 2+ years of professional experience.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally in an evolving organization.
• Data- and process-oriented approach with the ability to continuously learn new tools.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and continuous improvement.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills for analysis.
• Beginner-level Gen AI skills.
• Experience in a program or project management setting, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholder management experience.
