What you will do

• Manage program schedules, budgets, requirements, risks, mitigation plans, and corrective actions across multiple programs.
• Partner with principal investigators on planning, execution, delivery, and clear execution priorities.
• Coordinate engineering and operational capabilities, stakeholders, subcontractors, demonhirify.globalations, and test activities.
• Track cost, schedule, technical metrics, and program outcomes against plan.
• Lead capture activities and proposal writing and delivery while following the gated capture process.
• Understand customer and operational needs, identify future opportunities, and connect synergistic programs to improve execution and shape hirify.globalategy.

Requirements

• <hirify.globalong>Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required by the U.S. government.hirify.globalong>
• <hirify.globalong>Ability to obtain and retain an SCI/SAP security clearance.hirify.globalong>
• <hirify.globalong>Bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 5 years of prior relevant experience in government contracting or research and development.hirify.globalong>
• <hirify.globalong>Experience managing projects for the Department of Defense.hirify.globalong>
• Experience using tools that support program management.
• hirify.globalong presentation, organization, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work with principal investigators on execution plans, communicate clear and concise priorities, and connect programs to maximize customer benefits.
