Procurement Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland — 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Office: Giełdowa Street 1, Warsaw. Candidates must be eligible to work in the EU.

What you will do

• Prepare, process, and manage purchase orders, requisitions, and outline agreements in SAP.
• Implement supplier pricing, terms, and contracts to secure requested conditions, including volume discounts and long-term agreements.
• Maintain supplier and product information in SAP, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
• Generate and analyze procurement and performance reports to support sourcing decisions.
• Monitor order status, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Support global sourcing teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of SAP procurement modules, including purchase orders, outline agreements, and vendor master data.
• Experience in procurement, purchasing operations, or sourcing support.
• Hands-on experience with purchase orders, contracts, and supplier management.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to generate and interpret reports.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Eligibility to work in the EU area.
