Vendor Operations Specialist (Supply Chain)

Location: Warsaw; onsite role

What you will do

• Monitor the daily order fulfillment process across the warehouse network and ensure timely, accurate deliveries to fulfillment centers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors involved in warehouse operations and logistics.
• Establish and track KPIs, analyze performance trends, identify underperformance, and drive improvement actions.
• Resolve fulfillment-chain disruptions and facilitate communication with procurement, finance, operations, customer service, and IT.
• Maintain vendor records and coordinate vendor onboarding in compliance with company policies.
• Support process and tool improvements focused on efficiency, cost reduction, accuracy, and quality across the supply chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain operations, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in supply chain coordination, vendor management, or procurement operations.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• English proficiency plus knowledge of Russian, German, or Polish.
