Junior Procurement Specialist with Italian

Location: Krakow, Lesser Poland, Poland. Hybrid work model with 8 office days per month.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end purchase requisition to purchase order process for direct and indirect procurement activities in SAP.
• Monitor open purchase orders, follow up on order confirmations and goods receipts, resolve invoice discrepancies, and support timely supplier payments.
• Track procurement processes and operational performance, maintain reports, and ensure accurate material master data and SAP records.
• Execute purchasing and logistics-related changes and resolve issues related to cost, quality, and delivery.
• Support supplier registration, qualification, lifecycle activities, and first-level escalations.
• Deliver and participate in training programs as required and collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Business English at B2/C1 level, written and spoken.
• Italian at B2/C1 level, written and spoken.
• Enhanced knowledge of SAP.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for procurement processes and reporting; advanced Excel skills are an advantage.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment with effective communication, teamwork, a proactive approach, and focus on high-quality results.

Nice to have

• Experience in operational procurement or supply chain management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba.
