Label Specialist – EMEA Region

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid

What you will do

• Coordinate the development and execution of new and updated product labels across internal and third-party manufacturing sites.
• Execute material and component SKU creation, extension, and updates with SAP Master Data teams.
• Collaborate with regulatory, marketing, planning, and manufacturing teams to ensure label compliance and availability.
• Coordinate with graphic design vendors to align label requirements with hirify.global and regulatory standards.
• Support registration activities and escalate supply risks affecting compliant product delivery.

Requirements

• Experience with SAP or another ERP system.
• At least 2 years of experience in supply chain, planning, or scheduling.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage external vendor relationships.
• Familiarity with inventory, supply planning, or production scheduling processes.
• A collaborative mindset and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP master data or label creation.
• Experience in a regulated industry.
