Sourcing Specialist

Location: Avenida Paseo de la Reforma 505, Torre Mayor, 06500 Mexico City, Mexico. Hybrid work is expected, with colleagues working from the local office or at client sites at least three days per week.

What you will do

• Research suppliers and execute sourcing activities, including supplier identification, RFQs, and bid evaluations.
• Support negotiations and prepare contract documentation and change requests.
• Monitor supplier delivery, maintain supplier records, and escalate performance issues.
• Maintain sourcing trackers, the contracts repository, supplier scorecards, SLAs, and performance reporting.
• Coordinate with Procurement Services, Legal, and internal stakeholders to ensure contract compliance.
• Assist with capacity planning, supplier due diligence, onboarding, and supplier relationship activities.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in sourcing, procurement operations, or supplier management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Proficient English at C1/C2 level; CVs must be submitted in English.
• Ability to negotiate, administer contracts, manage supplier relationships, handle multiple priorities, and deliver within tight timelines.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP, supplier portals, or procurement platforms.
• Experience creating supplier scorecards, SLAs, and performance reports.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement approaches and basic project management.
• Insurance industry experience or exposure to professional services.
