Lead, Billings & Collections (SaaS)

Location: Centreville, VA, US; onsite on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday; working hours are 8am–5pm

What you will do

• Design and execute standard operating procedures for the SaaS collections lifecycle.
• Optimize automated dunning sequences and coordinate high-touch outreach.
• Manage escalations for complex, high-value past-due enterprise accounts and negotiate structured payment plans.
• Monitor and report weekly and monthly collection metrics, including DSO, aging bucket migrations, and bad debt reserves, to finance leadership.
• Partner with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Legal teams to resolve collection barriers while protecting account expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of corporate B2B collections experience, including at least 2+ years in a SaaS or subscription software environment.
• Deep familiarity with mid-market and enterprise procurement systems such as Coupa and Ariba.
• Strong proficiency in ERPs and specialized billing systems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and Salesforce.
