Senior Manager of Order-to-Cash (OTC)

Location: Remote in the United States

Salary: $160,000–$205,000 for other US locations; $172,000–$225,000 for premium markets including San Francisco, New York City, and Seattle. Equity is offered.

What you will do

• Establish the operating model, processes, controls, and team structure for a scalable Order-to-Cash function.
• Hire, develop, and lead the OTC team as the business grows.
• Define policies for pay-as-you-go and commit billing, invoice adjustments, collections strategy, and billing systems change management.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for new product and process introduction initiatives, including billing process and system changes.
• Own the billing systems stack that maps metered usage to contract entitlements and billable usage, driving automation, AI adoption, integrations, and workflow improvements with Billing Engineering and Finance Systems.
• Maintain accounts receivable health, support monthly close and external audits, and manage OTC-related PBC requests.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive Order-to-Cash and billing operations experience, including 5+ years focused on billing and collections in a SaaS or technology company.
• Experience with automation tools and ERP systems such as NetSuite, Stripe, or Salesforce CPQ.
• Experience with marketplace platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and related reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret complex contracts and data sets.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present financial insights clearly.
• Experience designing and maintaining internal controls and documentation for audit readiness and SOX compliance.
