IT Solution Architect - OTC (SAP)

What you will do

• Design technical solutions and maintain business and software configuration knowledge for Order-to-Cash processes supported by SAP, including dependencies with Transportation and Warehousing.
• Establish three-year functional and technical roadmaps, reference architectures, business cases, and architecture documents aligned with business strategy and Enterprise Architecture guidelines.
• Create high-level designs covering architectural diagrams, logical data flows, wireframes, security architecture, and infrastructure architecture, then hand over specifications to IT Build/Engineering.
• Define execution sequencing, implementation guidelines, development standards, use-case testing plans, training strategies, and service strategy and design plans.
• Collaborate with functional teams, Centers of Excellence, Project Managers, Sourcing, Vendor Management, Information Security, and IT Infrastructure.
• Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery objectives, provide post-project hypercare, and deliver L4 escalation support as required.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT experience supporting the relevant business processes using tools including SAP and analytics tools such as Qlik or Power BI.
• 10+ years of Solution Architecture experience designing enterprise-level solutions across process, technology, people, and data perspectives.
• 5+ years of Solution Architecture experience within established Enterprise Architecture guidelines and principles.
• 10+ years of experience designing new IT business services and 5+ years of solution engineering experience building solutions from approved high-level and architectural designs.
• 5 years of Project Management experience or exposure, 5+ years of Business Process Design experience, and 5+ years of team leadership or team management.
• 5+ years of experience with the technology stack: SAP ECC 6.0, APO, EWM, TM, IBP, Ariba, Qlik, Power BI, and FourKites.
• 5+ years of Enterprise-level integration capabilities and 5+ years of CPG Manufacturing experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, change management, and relationship-building skills, including presenting to management and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Strategic mindset, sound judgment, integrity, strong work ethic, organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
