ServiceNow Mid-Level Developer (HRSD)

What you will do

• Build and maintain ServiceNow HRSD modules, including Employee Service Center, Case Management, and Lifecycle Events.
• Develop automated workflows for onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and employee requests.
• Create employee self-service portals and knowledge base solutions, and integrate HRIS platforms including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and ADP.
• Integrate ServiceNow with Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Microsoft Graph API, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Build Teams bots for HR case notifications and approvals, and implement data synchronization and document management integrations.
• Lead technical design and architecture, mentor developers, enforce coding standards, troubleshoot complex integrations, document processes, and train HR staff.

Requirements

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience and 2+ years of ServiceNow HRSD/Employee Service Center experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Proven experience integrating Microsoft applications, including Azure AD, Teams, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Graph API and Azure services.
• Expertise in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services.
• Understanding of HR processes and data privacy requirements.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow CIS-HR or CAD certification.
• Microsoft Azure or Microsoft 365 certifications.
• Experience with Power Platform and Power BI.
• Knowledge of HR compliance, including GDPR and HIPAA.
• Background in HR technology or operations.
