Operations Specialist (Autonomous Vehicles)

Location: Lancaster, TX, United States; onsite operations with flexible day, night, and weekend shifts.

What you will do

• Communicate with multiple safety drivers and set schedules based on available assignments, including weekend and night shifts.
• Track and document the progress of runs throughout each shift.
• Manage and update operational information in the Truck Management System.
• Create and maintain SOP documentation for operations processes.
• Troubleshoot and document autonomous system issues, trip issues, and logistical discrepancies.
• Assist with autonomous vehicle system setup, checklist cross-checks, and required health checks.

Requirements

• Willingness and ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, including days, nights, and weekends.
• Ability to work under high-stress conditions while applying good judgment.
• Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of troubleshooting using various operating systems.
• Knowledge of Google Office tools, including spreadsheets, documents, and Drive.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a call center or similar environment.
