What you will do

• Collaborate with teams to align on scalable product enablement plans, certifications, content updates, and learning paths.
• Build, deploy, and maintain learning solutions by role, managing a repository of training resources.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new technical hires.
• Gather feedback to identify areas for improvement in training materials and programs.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering to stay informed about product updates and roadmaps.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of Technical Enablement experience; technical software sales or customer-facing role preferred.
• Knowledge of modern software development and associated technologies; expertise in Application Security, AI security, and/or Open Source software is a plus.
• Experienced in writing technical documentation and building experiential learning programs.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for delivering training and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
• Skilled in multitasking, prioritization, and managing projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Hands-on experience with AI/LLMs or modern security tools.
