Coupa Integration Consultant (Coupa)

Location: 100% remote within the United States; the posting also lists Highlands Ranch, Colorado.

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 annually.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Coupa BSM and ERP, finance, payroll, HR, payment, supplier-network, and identity systems.
• Build API-based integrations using Coupa Integration Cloud, Coupa Open APIs, and iPaaS platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato.
• Implement supplier onboarding, supplier master, contract, catalog, requisition, purchase order, invoice, payment, chart-of-accounts, expense-category, lookup, user, role, and approval-hierarchy data flows.
• Design error handling, retry, reconciliation, security, OAuth, SSO, and certificate-based authentication strategies using least-privilege practices.
• Profile and optimize high-volume integration performance and batch sizing, participate in releases, regression testing, upgrades, documentation, and production incident resolution.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, IT, product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders; contribute to code and design reviews and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least five years of integration engineering experience and hands-on experience integrating Coupa with enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of Coupa Integration Cloud, Coupa Open APIs, and source-to-pay and procure-to-pay processes.
• Experience with at least one major iPaaS, including MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato.
• Solid SQL and data transformation skills.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and integration security.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Coupa certifications.
• Experience integrating Coupa with SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Coupa Pay, Coupa Risk Assess, or Coupa Treasury.
• Exposure to supplier-network integrations.
• Experience supporting global BSM rollouts.
