CPQ Program Manager (Salesforce/Oracle CPQ/SAP ERP): Designing and governing quote-to-cash capabilities for new product introductions, SaaS offerings, and hardware bundles with an accent on product modeling, configuration logic, and scalable go-to-market systems. Focus on aligning Product Management, Sales Operations, Salesforce CRM, Oracle CPQ, and SAP ERP while delivering roadmaps, launch documentation, training, and change management.
Location: Onsite, with primary work expected from an HPE office in the United States
Salary: USD 120,000–228,000 annual base salary in Massachusetts; USD 120,000–243,000 in California. Variable incentives may also be offered.

What you will do
- Lead Sales Operations consulting for Product Management during new product introduction and ensure new offerings are compatible with CPQ and ERP architecture.
- Translate configuration modeling, subscription terms, and bundling requirements into scalable quote-to-cash designs.
- Build short-term and long-term roadmaps for go-to-market technology and the future of selling.
- Create business requirements documents, CPQ configuration logic flows, end-to-end process artifacts, and automated fulfillment solution designs.
- Lead rollout activities, training, and change management for Sales and System Engineering teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing business processes and solutions.
- BA/BS in Information Systems Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience designing scalable end-to-end order management and installed base management processes.
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Oracle CPQ, SAP ERP, and quote-to-invoice processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, sales operations, and business process architecture skills.
- Mastery of English and the local language; onsite work from an HPE office is expected.

- Experience with EDI and business application integration tools.
- Familiarity with GSuite, JIRA, SmartSheet, Visio, Slack, and similar productivity tools.
