Salary: $120,000 - $243,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the functional design and roadmap for NPI and complex Quote to Cash strategies.
• Act as the primary Sales Ops consultant for Product Management during the NPI process to ensure compatibility with CPQ and ERP architecture.
• Translate commercial requirements, such as configuration modeling and subscription terms, into scalable functional designs.
• Develop end-to-end process artifacts, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and logic flow charts.
• Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration to align GTM technology with the evolving product portfolio.
• Lead the rollout of new product capabilities and provide training to Sales and System Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing business processes and solutions.
• BA/BS degree in Information Systems, Operations, Supply Chain, or Computer Science.
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Oracle CPQ, and SAP ERP.
• Experience designing scalable end-to-end processes for order and installed base management.
• Must be based in or work onsite from Massachusetts or California, USA.
• English: Mastery level required.
