What you will do

• Plan hosting infrastructure requirements covering processing power, storage, backup, recovery, networking, security, and application growth.
• Coordinate technology requirements analysis, alternatives documentation, operational environment assessments, and future technical standards with OCIO, partners, and customers.
• Provide project management and technical support for customer implementations involving Oracle Federal Financials, Oracle E-Business Suite, and related financial management and procurement systems.
• Develop project plans, work breakdown schedules, implementation and rollout plans, resource and cost estimates, and operational support plans.
• Manage project issues, risks, scope, change control, testing, quality reviews, performance monitoring, reporting, budget support, and earned value management.
• Facilitate solutions architecture, root cause analysis, Red Team reviews, lessons learned, and integration of SDLC, change management, and DOI SLMF processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; at least 10 years of IT systems integration and project management experience may substitute for the degree. A master’s degree is preferred.
• PMP certification and ITIL Foundation certification are required.
• At least 5 years of project management experience.
• At least 10 years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Experience with IT infrastructure, data center hosting, and management in a hybrid legacy environment.
• Knowledge and experience helping large, complex organizations adopt and transition to an ITSM model for IT service delivery.
• Experience with executive-level report writing and oral presentations.
• Functional knowledge of networking and data communications, including secure communications solutions, OMB-mandated Trusted Internet Connection, and VPNs or secure encrypted tunnels.
• Experience implementing system and end-user authentication standards, including LDAP and SAML 2.0.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project; technical and functional requirements analysis and management; project scope and change control.
• Ability to collaborate in an environment with developing and conflicting standards and documentation, work closely with a small team, troubleshoot effectively, communicate strongly in writing and orally, and work in a high-stress environment.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and able to pass a Public Trust Government background investigation.
