Desktop Admin (Windows/Intune)

Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico; office and manufacturing environments; ability to lift equipment weighing more than 40 pounds when required.

What you will do

• Package, test, and deploy software using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Intune while following client standards, CAB processes, security requirements, and delivery timelines.
• Troubleshoot complex Tier 3 incidents and provide advanced technical support for Windows endpoints.
• Manage patching, endpoint administration, and endpoint lifecycle activities.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and endpoint management best practices.
• Support Active Directory, virtual desktop environments, and continuous improvement initiatives related to client technology standards and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Infrastructure, and Information Security teams while balancing operational support with project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting Windows operating systems in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Intune, including software deployment, patch management, and endpoint administration.
• Proficiency with PowerShell, Visual Basic, command-line tools, and ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Effective communication across different organizational levels and the ability to work independently.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Windows Group Policy administration and Active Directory.
• Experience managing standard desktop and laptop images and supporting endpoint lifecycle activities.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, modern device management, and cloud-based endpoint technologies.
• Experience supporting virtual desktop environments such as VMware.
• macOS support experience.
