About the Role

We are a Microsoft Partner delivering practical, high-impact cloud, infrastructure, and AI solutions to clients worldwide. In this hands-on, customer-facing role, you will lead the delivery of Azure and Microsoft 365 projects for enterprise customers — from discovery and design through implementation and handover — and bring that same technical depth to the wider set of customer environments in our care.

This is a broad, senior generalist role. You will spend most of your time delivering projects directly to customers, and the rest keeping the environments we look after healthy, secure, and well-reported — some you will have built yourself, others you will inherit. We value full-cycle ownership, an engineering mindset, and customer empathy over narrow tool expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Project delivery (primary focus)

• Lead and deliver Azure and Microsoft 365 projects for enterprise customers, from technical discovery and solution design through implementation, testing, and handover.
• Work directly with customers to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into secure, reliable, and cost-efficient solutions.
• Design and deploy Azure environments and Microsoft 365.
• Deliver AI capability to customers — Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness, rollout, and adoption, and Azure AI services where they address a real business need.
• Contribute to cloud migration projects, architecture discussions, and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Technical ownership (secondary focus)

• Act as the senior technical authority across the Azure and Microsoft 365 environments we look after — both the projects you deliver and established customer estates.
• Work confidently in environments you did not design, quickly understanding unfamiliar setups before making changes.
• Lead root-cause analysis on complex issues and implement lasting fixes.
• Maintain and monitor infrastructure health, performance, security, and reliability — including networking — across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and infrastructure standards in collaboration with engineering and support teams.

Reporting, CSP & automation

• Handle CSP operations including licensing, invoicing support, customer subscriptions, and vendor coordination.
• Build and maintain Business Intelligence and reporting across operational, corporate, and customer-facing needs — dashboards, operational metrics, and licensing/CSP reporting.
• Automate administrative and operational workflows with PowerShell and scripting.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience designing and delivering Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 solutions for enterprise customers.
• Proven experience running customer-facing project delivery end-to-end (discovery, design, implementation, handover), and comfort working in established customer environments you did not design.
• Solid Business Intelligence skills — designing and building dashboards and operational reporting that technical and business stakeholders use.
• Experience implementing AI solutions on the Microsoft stack — Microsoft 365 Copilot deployment and adoption, Azure AI / OpenAI services, or Copilot Studio agents — including tenant readiness, data governance, and licensing.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills, including confident use of modern AI tools for scripting, troubleshooting, and documentation — with the judgment to verify their output.
• Experience with Windows Server administration, Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and hybrid environments, with a track record of maintaining secure, reliable infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-oriented skills; able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SCCM / MECM, endpoint management, software deployment, patch management, and device administration.
• Solid networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, routing, switching, firewalls, and troubleshooting.
• Practical experience with CSP operations: licensing management, invoicing support, and operational reporting.
• Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, or similar).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, ARM, Terraform) and CI/CD.
• Virtualization, backup / disaster-recovery, and hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards; additional scripting languages (Bash, Python).
